Jamie joined Shantilly’s Place in its inaugural season and has continued to greet our customers with a smile ever since. Jamie’s family has been on Chandos since the 1950s and he is proud to serve the community. Jamie loves to talk to customers while ensuring that they get the most out of their experience at Shantilly’s Place. After occupying several different positions within the management team in years past, Jamie has taken over as the General Manager of Shantilly’s Place. During the offseason, Jamie attends Carleton University and spends his free time refereeing competitive hockey.

Anna has been a crucial member of the Shantilly’s Place team for three seasons. Anna enjoys spending her summers at the lake with friends and family. When not at the lake, she studies Kinesiology at the University of Guelph. Anna is very approachable and always there to answer any and all questions customers may have. You’ll likely find Anna scooping your ice cream or constructing your favourite sub/wrap, all while doing so with a smile. This season, Anna has been promoted to Assistant General Manager and is here to help with any issues you may encounter during your visit with Shantilly’s Place.

Abby has been a part of the Shantilly’s Place team for 2 seasons and is excited to return this year, newly promoted to Food Service Manager. Her family has enjoyed Chandos Lake since 1983. Abby grew up spending her summers at Chandos and uses her free time at the lake to surf and spend time with family. During the off-season, Abby focuses on academics in anticipation of university applications with the goal of pursuing a career in medicine. You will often find Abby in the sub shop making and serving all of the delicious menu items. She is always ready and excited to help any and every customer who comes into the store and enjoys having conversations with customers while preparing their food.
